I am known for my calm and cheerful demeanor and excel at defusing tense situations with customers. I truly believe that the best sales associate are the one who listens, and I love working on different tasks to help the team. I a well versed in different customer services software like Zendesk, front, and Avaya. I’ve also been doing admin tasks which made me adept at using Google Sheets/docs.
?I've handled disputes and processed refunds to customers, we use PayPal and Stripe as our payment gateway. I also list down the processed refunds to invoice our partners. With this experience under my belt, I can also confidently say that my previous employers do trust me in handling their account information.
