Over the course of nearly 8 years, I worked my way up from a Management Information Systems (MIS) role to Head of Partnership and Account Management in a fast-paced corporate environment. In my time with the company, I successfully handled key client accounts, built lasting relationships, and ensured smooth operations for both clients and internal teams.After taking a break to focus on raising my baby, I transitioned into remote work and further expanded my skills in data entry, lead generation, and sales support as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, I assisted the sales team with creating order forms, generating invoices, and following up on payments.Most recently, I worked as a Customer Service Manager for a Life Insurance company where I handled cold calls, managed a team of five, and consistently hit my sales targets.
