I've been a customer service representative for 4 and a half years from a financial account specifically a credit bureau in the United States for Sitel company. I used to handle escalated calls when I was still a CSR. Aside from assisting our customers with their credit reports we also sell monitoring services so that the customer can personally check their accounts.
