Virtual Assistant/Customer Service
I have been working with a US (California) based company for the past 2 years as virtual assistanct doing customer service and sales. I also worked with several companies (Asurion, Hubwoo and Infosys) prior to my present job as bilingual resource. I worked with IBM for more than 5 years as a bi-lingual subcontractor administrator/coordinator and onboard/offboard coordinator. Previously, I worked with Accenture as Quality Analyst for Spanish inbound calls. Prior to my stint in Accenture, I worked
