Accounting Associate / Virtual Assistant
I have a background in Bookkeeping from my first job. Experience in preparation of Trial Balance, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Statements. I got to engage with the Board of Trustees and the Internal/External Auditors.In addition, both of my previous jobs were Billing & Collection Specialist, using QuickBooks and SAP. I handle all customer correspondence in relation to invoicing. I am responsible for ensuring that all billings and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
