Job Title: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in accounting and tax processes.
Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure financial compliance, efficiency, and adherence to policies.
Tax Planning & Preparation: Advise on tax planning and preparation for individual and business clients.
Advisory Services: Provide strategic advice to clients on financial matters, including investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Payroll Management: Oversee payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely processing.
Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to processes and controls, to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

CPA License: A valid CPA license is required.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (especially Excel).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ethics: Strong ethical standards and integrity in financial management.

Preferred:

Experience with international accounting standards and regulations.
Advanced knowledge of tax laws and procedures.
Familiarity with data analytics tools.
