The Role:

As the Marketing Manager at Upgrade to see actual info, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Satisfaction: Nurture relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success on Upgrade to see actual info, utilizing marketing strategies to enhance their experience.

Native or full fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for regular communication with clients and partners.


Employment Type:

FULL-TIME - 40-50 HRS / WEEK: This role requires a dedicated individual willing to invest the time and effort necessary for long-term growth with the company. Weekend work and occasional travel may be required. If you seek a traditional "clock in - clock out" role, this position may not be suitable for you.


Required Experience:

3-4 years of relevant experience in a related role or field (leadership/ownership experience preferred).
3-4 years of experience working in a USA-based company.
Previous experience managing remote teams and internal operations.
Previous experience in business development, sales management, and enhancing overall customer experience.

$10 - $18 USD per hour (dependent on experience), with significant opportunities for growth.
