JOB OVERVIEW

We are a financial advice company in New Zealand. We're seeking to generate more leads and deals by hiring someone to call prospects and existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects & existing clients
- Schedule appointments for our advisors
- Keep accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled
- Meet weekly and monthly call and appointment targets
- Continuously develop knowledge of our services

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling
- Knowledge in mortgage & insurance products is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently
- A good home office set-up with a quiet environment, good headphones, and microphone
- Able to work from 10am to 6pm New Zealand time

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is NZD$600 per month plus commission for every successful appointment scheduled.
