With a decade of diverse experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping, a combination of work experience in the private industry and education sector. My varied roles as a property accountant, audit associate, and educator and recently virtual bookkeeper have equipped me with practical and theoretical knowledge crucial for remote bookkeeping, emphasizing accurate financial records, effective communication, and collaborative work. My expertise covers end-to-end bookkeeping processes, including journalizing, financial statement preparation and analysis, account reconciliation, and the use of accounting software.

On my previous role as property accountant, my main responsibilities revolve around maintaining company's financial records effectively including but were not limited to:

- Billing and Collections: ensuring timely invoicing and collection process.
- Disbursements: processing of payments for the suppliers and service providers of the company ensuring timely payment.
- End-to-end bookkeeping from journalizing to reporting, where I ensure maintaining accurate recording to generate financial statements.
- Accounts and bank reconciliation
- Assisting in budget preparation and analysis.

I am well-versed in utilizing different accounting software including XERO, Appfolio, Buildium, PROMIS (Property Management Information System), and QuickBooks Online. Additionally, I have proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as excel and word.
